Beef or pork sausages?

The taste of the beef.  So strong and flavoursome.  But the delicacy of the pork.  Ah which to choose?

Smoked pork sausage sounds good for the menu – and we can easily heat quickly in boiling water or microwave.  Germans mostly go for pork.

But then beef sausages are popular in Scotland.  Meaty and tasty.  Sodium off the chart.  Mmmmm…

Today is gonna be beef.  But pork the rest of the week.
