Broke some sales records today at work for our ’specials’ on the menu.

The lasagna with crabmeat has gone down a storm.

Hope to keep it happening with this type of thing, changing the menu and taking some risk then getting some results!

The taste of the beef.  So strong and flavoursome.  But the delicacy of the pork.  Ah which to choose?

Smoked pork sausage sounds good for the menu – and we can easily heat quickly in boiling water or microwave.  Germans mostly go for pork.

But then beef sausages are popular in Scotland.  Meaty and tasty.  Sodium off the chart.  Mmmmm…

Today is gonna be beef.  But pork the rest of the week.

Currently having the debate wether to get a dog…..the wife wants a f*cking pedigree.  But I am more of a mongrel/dog rescue kind of person.

Pedigrees have health problems, are stupid and cost money.  Mongrels are smarter, less health problems and you’re doing a good deed.

The inlaws favour the mongrel too – so I got backing for once!  We’re off to see our 3rd dog pound on Saturday…stay tuned!

Seems we’re under attack from terrorists.

First London then Glasgow.

Is Britain any safe anymore?

I’m thankful I’m not flying anywhere or going to London.

Hey – I’m Frankie and this above is me with my buddy Johnny (he’s on the left).

Johnnys not great with computers, so I’m gonna do this blog for both of us.

Let’s start with what crap happened today – I was playing online poker at Pokerstars 0.25/0.50.  Got two aces in the hole, great I thought, pushed in and was called by a lowest 10/9.

Well the flop came KQJ and I lost!!!!!  That sucks.

Johnny tells me gambling is a mugs game….and I should stick to petting my cat or the Playstation lol!
